Introduction:

A well developed e-commerce platform is urgently seeking high caliber candidates to join their Merchandising team.

Responsibilities:

  • Identifying, sourcing and analyzing the new product development with emphasis on health care products
  • Strong market sense
  • Prepare commercial plans to achieve sales, margin and penetration targets
  • Order management
  • Analyze sales performance for related categories with pricing strategies
  • Multivendor management with strong negotiation and communication skills
  • Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties
  • Working on the expansion in Malaysia and Singapore and other South East Asia market

Requirements:

  • Degree holder with at least 3-5 years solid category management or trade marketing preferably in health care industry
  • Strong strategic and commercial mind-set, business acumen with good problem-solving skills
  • Result-oriented and independent
  • Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
  • Excellent analytical skills, sensitive to figures and acute market sense
  • Ability to work in fast paced retail environment
  • Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
