Introduction:
A well developed e-commerce platform is urgently seeking high caliber candidates to join their Merchandising team.
Responsibilities:
- Identifying, sourcing and analyzing the new product development with emphasis on health care products
- Strong market sense
- Prepare commercial plans to achieve sales, margin and penetration targets
- Order management
- Analyze sales performance for related categories with pricing strategies
- Multivendor management with strong negotiation and communication skills
- Maintain effective communication both internal and external parties
- Working on the expansion in Malaysia and Singapore and other South East Asia market
Requirements:
- Degree holder with at least 3-5 years solid category management or trade marketing preferably in health care industry
- Strong strategic and commercial mind-set, business acumen with good problem-solving skills
- Result-oriented and independent
- Strong influencing, negotiation and communication skills
- Excellent analytical skills, sensitive to figures and acute market sense
- Ability to work in fast paced retail environment
- Proficiency in spoken and written English and Putonghua
