Introduction:

My client, a Japanese Manufacturing and Trading of plastic materials is looking for the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

  • Answer telephone calls and greet visitors
  • Handle incoming and outgoing mails
  • Maintain the front entrance / pantry / conference room / storeroom in neat and tidy condition
  • Office administrative work
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned by superior

Package:
  • 14 months salary + discretionary bonus
  • Medical and dental insurance coverage
  • 11 days annual leave
  • Public Holidays

Requirements:

  • Degree or Diploma holder
  • Fluent English and Mandarin, Japanese is an advantage
  • 1-2 years of administration experience
  • MS Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Chinese word Processing
  • Experience in using ERP is preferred
  • system is preferable
  • Good telephone manner, detail-minded, initiative
