Introduction:

A professional body in Hong Kong in Banking Section is hiring Assistant Administration and HR Manager.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for payroll administration, retirement scheme administration, staff record update, salaries tax filing, renewal of hospitalization scheme and various other aspects of human resources administration
  • Supervise and back up for 2 Administrative Assistants
  • Responsible for accounting works, including payments making, membership subscriptions collection, management accounts preparation, external auditing matters coordination and budgeting
  • Support handling of general mails
  • Assist in arranging committee meetings

Requirements:

  • Preferably University graduate, with at least 8 years of  experience in HR - Payroll and simple accounting duties.
  • English and Chinese and familiar with MS office
