Introduction:
Our client, a multi-national company is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for overseeing all human resources and office operations in APAC, developing the HR agenda and providing premium support to both leadership and staff members in order to offer the best employee
- Supervise a team of 3 in Hong Kong, Singapore and Japan
- Handle all rounded HR work, e.g. recruitment and trains new staff
- Develop and implement HR strategies
- Initiative aligned with the company strategy and goals in order to attract and retain employees in APAC regions
- Oversee the HR function in Singapore, Hong Kong, Japan and Australia
- Report to Human Resources Director, based in Paris
- 13 months salary, bonus (discretionary)
- Medical insurance coverage
- 15 days annual leave
- Public holidays
Requirements:
- Degree in HR Management or related displine
- 5 years as HR Manager in multi-national company
- Solid experience in handling HR roles for APAC office
- Experience in a diverse and inclusive workplace
- Cheerful, flexible and able to work in fast pace environment
- MS Office and using HR system
