Introduction:
My client, one of a global logistics and transportation company and they are looking for an Operation / Senior Operation
Responsibilities:
- Able to handle ocean export / import shipments in freight forwarding environment;
- Familiar with USA markets.
- Day-to-day coordination of business operational activities;
- Maintain clear and accurate operations documents / procedures;
- Liaise with internal parties, warehouses, vendors and suppliers;
- Communicate with overseas offices for shipment arrangement to ensure shipments are handled properly and efficiently;
- Prepare month-end analysis report;
Requirements:
- 1-3 years of experiences in the forwarding industry, working mainly in Ocean Freight Department will be an advantage;
- Proficient in English and Putonghua will be an advantage;
- Customer-oriented, self-motivated and able to solve problem independently;
- Proficient in MS Word & Excel,
