Introduction:

My Client is currently looking for Accounting & Administration Officer the captioned position to join their team.

Responsibilities:

·         Assist the manager to coordinate with oversea accountants

·         Mange the full set of accounting

·         Provide efficient and effective financial reports, asset management and inventory control on timely basis

·         Provide financial reports and general ledger, P/L & B/S

·         Provide monthly sales reports, cash flows forecast and analysis reports

·         Prepare daily attendance reports and organize company activities

·         Responsible for company assets and inventory record 

Requirements:

·         Diploma or above with LCC higher level qualification

·         At least 2-3 years or above accounting experience

·         Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications with strong excel knowledge

·         Self-motivated, ability to work independently

·         Good command of written and spoken English and Mandarin
