Sales Assistant

Introduction:
Our client, a leading glass manufacturer and listed company in Japan, is urgently looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as follows:
Responsibilities:
- Customer service support
- Monitor order processing
- Monitor shipping Schedule
- Arrange samples to customers
- Update sales record periodically
- Handle incoming call
- Greeting incoming guest if any
- 12 months salary + discretionary bonus
- Medical Insurance coverage
- 5 days work with flexible working hours
Requirements:
- Professional Diploma or Degree is preferable (Fresh Graduates)
- Good spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese (Chinese)
- 1-2 years of sales support experience in trading/manufacturing field or fresh graduate will also be considered
- MS office
- Willing to learn, a good team player
- Immediate available is preferred
