Introduction:

Our client is looking for HR & Business Administrative to join their Team.

Responsibilities:

·         Handle a full spectrum of HR functions, with end-to-end recruitment process includes payroll calculation, compensation & benefits, performance management and staff relations, data administration,  income Tax calculation, staff benefits etc……

·         Act as the initial point of contact for coordinate with employees and managers for all HR related issue.

·         Support policies formulation, review and implementation to ensure statutory compliance with local employment related ordinances.

·         Responsible for using own judgment and discretion to interpret policies and procedures and apply them appropriately for the situation.

·         Handle a full range of company secretarial duties includes governance , group’s compliance , statutory compliance etc……

·         Handle a full spectrum of administrative supports

·         Follows up the regional consistent processes and procedures in the performance of daily work to ensure HR compliance and spots/escalates opportunities for improvement

·         Undertake other projects as assigned

Requirements:

·         Degree in Human Resources or any related discipline

·         At least Five years or above solid HR generalist and operation experience

·         Good command of written and spoken English, Mandarin and Cantonese

·         Well versed in Employment Ordinance and other related HR legislations of HK

·         Hands-on experience in various HR management system or software applications
