Introduction:

A renowned global NGO is hiring System Analyst - Salesforce to cope with the growing activities.

Responsibilities:

● Processing of payment, income reconciliation, other administrative tasks and data requests    
● Maintain accurate information on the CRM system
● Create and maintain various reports
● Support various data management functions   
● Analyse audience activity and provide understanding, segmentation and insights
● Improve systems and business processes that will maximize financial return

Requirements:

● Degree and experience in Salesforce CRM administration. 
● Proficiency in SQL 
● Fluency in written and spoken English
