Introduction:
Our client, an international fund administration and corporate services firm is looking for a Company Secretary / Corporate Solutions Director to join and add value to their team in Singapore.
Responsibilities:
- Support the board to construct and implement the
company’s plan and strategy
- Responsible for financial documentation;
including taxation, accounting, payroll as well as monthly and annual reports
- Understand the organization’s long term
objectives in the region and create small term targets to help achieve them·
- Coordinate with other regional offices so that
the transfer of information is done effectively and in a timely manner
- Act as the authorized representative for the
firm to external stakeholders
- Initially work independently, with the aim to
grow the company’s operation in Singapore and across Asia
Requirements:
- Undergraduate degree or above in Finance,
Accounting, Business Administration or any related discipline
- CPA qualified or equivalent qualifications
- Minimum of 7 years of ComSec/ Corporate
Solutions experience, preferably at a multinational organization
- Native English speaker, an additional Asian
language would be advantageous
- Knowledge of taxation and finance laws in SG, HK
and other Asia countries
- Ability to navigate through multiple finance and
accounting software
