Introduction:

My client, an Europe base freight forwarding & logistics company; they are looking for a Customer Services - Sea / Airfreight experience.

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for order follow up of sea / air shipment, shipping documents arrangement, quotation preparation, customer service and sales administration function
  • Co-ordinates with departments concerned on related issues
  • Familiar with Worldwide markets

Requirements:

  • 2 years or above Sea & Air Customer Services or Sales Coordination experience in sea or air freight forwarding company; also handle fashion & F&B clients experience
  • Excellent command both English and Mandarin
  • Computer skill of MS office
