Our client, a sizable logistics provider is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Human Resources Officer / Senior Officer (Front Line Staff Recruitment focus)
Responsibilities:
- Responsible for front line staff recruitment
- Handle full spectrum of HR functions including support monthly staff payroll
- Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures
- Improve employee engagement and communication by developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and proper communication channels
- Provide human resources support and consultation to senior management and line managers
Requirements:
- Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
- Min 4 years of hands-on experience of front line recruitment in logistics & freight forwarding field.
- Good command of spoken and written in English, fluent in Mandarin.
- Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
- Immediate available is preferred
