Introduction:

Our client, a sizable logistics provider is urgently seeking a candidate for the position of Human Resources Officer / Senior Officer (Front Line Staff Recruitment focus)

Responsibilities:

  • Responsible for front line staff recruitment
  • Handle full spectrum of HR functions including support monthly staff payroll 
  • Support the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures 
  • Improve employee engagement and communication by developing and implementing employee engagement initiatives and proper communication channels
  • Provide human resources support and consultation to senior management and line managers

Requirements:

  • Degree in Human Resources, Business Administration or related
  • Min 4 years of hands-on experience of front line recruitment in logistics & freight forwarding field.
  • Good command of spoken and written in English, fluent in Mandarin.
  • Proficiency in MS Word, Excel and Chinese Word Processing
  • Immediate available is preferred
