Introduction:

As the IT Enterprise System Manager, the candidate will oversee and manage the IT Application landscape of organization enterprise applications, ensuring its smooth operation and continuous improvement. You would need to collaborate with cross-functional teams to identify and address IT requirements, ensuring efficient operations and seamless integration of technology.

 

Responsibilities:

• Strategic Leadership and Vision: Develop and execute a strategic roadmap for enterprise applications that aligns with the company's business goals and technological advancements. Lead the evaluation, selection, and implementation of new enterprise applications and systems.
• Application Management and Optimization: Oversee the management, maintenance, and enhancement of existing enterprise applications to ensure they meet the evolving needs of the business. Ensure the reliability, performance, and security of all enterprise applications.
• Project Management and Implementation: Lead major projects for the implementation and integration of new applications, including system upgrades and migrations. Ensure projects are delivered on time, within scope, and budget, adhering to high-quality standards.
• Stakeholder Engagement and Collaboration: Collaborate with business leaders and stakeholders to understand their needs and ensure the enterprise applications portfolio adequately supports business operations and growth. Act as a bridge between IT and the business, ensuring clear communication and alignment of objectives.
• Vendor Management: Manage relationships with software vendors and service providers and managing service level agreements (SLAs). Ensure vendor performance and accountability in delivering products and services.
• Compliance and Best Practices: Ensure compliance with relevant laws, regulations, and industry standards related to enterprise applications. Implement best practices in application management, security, and data integrity. Stay up-to-date with emerging technologies and trends in the education industry, making recommendations for system enhancements and process improvements.

 

Requirements:

Degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering / Science or equivalent with minimum 10 years of relevant working experience in requirements analysis, business process, design, implementation, testing, data migration, training, deployment, and production cutover.

Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in Project Management.

Good working knowledge of Netsuite, Microsoft Office 365, SharePoint and enterprise IT applications.

Experience in managing projects and PMP/Scrum Master certified will be an added advantage.

Excellent interpersonal, analytical, organizational, problem solving, collaboration and communication skills.

Proven ability to lead software development projects and ensure objectives, goals, and commitments are met.

Ability to adapt to an agile and flexible work environment and handle multiple priorities. 

Strong problem-solving and decision-making abilities. 

Experience working with enterprise applications and technologies is highly desirable.

Independent, highly motivated and fast learner with strong sense of commitment. 

Positive working attitude and always innovative towards new technology.

Experience in data analytics and visualization tools like Tableau, Power BI or other business intelligent tools is an added advantage.

Proficient in designing/developing NetSuite custom records, forms, segments, fields, workflow, Saved Search, Saved Reports, permissions/roles, and CSV import will be an added advantage.

Good working knowledge of NetSuite workflows and best practices on systems configurations.

Netsuite Certified Professional *preferred, but not required -for e.g. Basic Certification (Suite Foundation)
