About the Opportunity:
As the HR Manager for our dynamic team in Taiwan, you'll be responsible for leading all aspects of the employee lifecycle, from talent acquisition and onboarding to performance management and employee relations. You'll be a strategic partner to our leadership team, fostering a positive and productive work environment that attracts, develops, and retains top talent in the competitive semiconductor industry.
Personnel Management: Oversee all activities related to personnel management, including human resource planning, recruitment, hiring, training, development, and performance evaluation.
Policies and Procedures: Implement procedures issued by the headquarter, and enforce company policies and procedures related to human resources, ensuring compliance with applicable labor and employment laws and regulations.
Problem Resolution: Resolve conflicts and personnel issues, providing counseling and support to employees and managers on labor relations management.
Compensation and Benefits: Manage employee compensation and benefits programs, ensuring they are competitive and aligned with company rules, as well as oversee payroll and compensation practices.
Organizational Development: Collaborate with senior management and HQ referee to identify and address organizational development needs, planning and implementing strategies to enhance company culture, employee engagement, and productivity.
Regulatory Compliance: Ensure company compliance with human resources laws and regulations, keeping processes and legal documents up to date.
Minimum 3-5 years of experience in a generalist HR role, preferably within the semiconductor industry or a related high-tech environment.
Proven track record of success in talent acquisition, employee relations, and performance management.
Strong understanding of HR best practices, labor laws, and regulations specific to the semiconductor industry.
Excellent communication, interpersonal, and conflict resolution skills.
Ability to manage multiple priorities and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
Proficiency in HR information systems (HRIS) a plus.
Bachelor's degree in Human Resources Management, Business Administration, or a related field preferred.
