Introduction:

Our Client a privately-owned automotive distributorship group of companies managing many legendary luxury European Automotive brands. Operate principally in Singapore and Southeast Asia, where their subsidiaries can leverage on their expertise understanding local luxury markets , they partner many European top global brand representing in Asia region

Responsibilities:

Position: Secretary 
Reporting to Board Director, you will provide high-level administrative support to only one Executive Director , assisting her calendar, meeting coordination and travel arrangements.

Keep & advised Board Director of time-sensitive and high priority issues, ensuring appropriate follow-up;
Maintain confidential and sensitive information; Liaison with lawyers, consultants and government authorities.
Calendar management, schedule and facilitate client and departmental meetings, including marketing events and team building events;
Attend meetings and take notes of discussion, prepare the initial draft of action points; Prepare reports, presentations and correspondence accurately and swiftly.
Coordinate travel arrangements, including booking flights, accommodation and ground transportation;
Prepare and submit expenses and reconcile expense reports;
Oversee office management and routinely perform a wide variety of support and administrative duties to ensure smooth daily operation;

Requirements:

ONLY Singaporean or PR
At least 4-5 years of experience in similar capacity supporting top management

Meticulous attention to detail and follow-through; perform tasks with high degree of accuracy and efficiency with the ability to meet deadlines;

Ability to successfully manage competing priorities, keeping constant sight of the overall objectives;
High degree of maturity and professionalism;
High degree of flexibility in a demanding, fast-paced and frequently changing environment;
Strong service orientation in responding to customer needs;
Excellent oral and written English communication skills and Oral in Chinese
