Financing Specialist (Product Sales)

Our Bank Client is hiring a Financing Specialist.


  • Deliver Targets
  • Accountable of your own scorecard, identifying leads (anchor enterprise) whose suppliers are in need of supply chain financing solutions, growing them into sustainable and loyal customers
  • Educating anchor enterprises and suppliers on digital trade and financing
  • Enabling clients to adopt and implement Bank's Supply Chain Finance and trade products. 
  • Supporting clients’ CFO / Treasury in their strategies and implementation, influencing clients’ decisions in the financing, funding, and capital deployment. Drive healthy utilisation.
  • Collaborating with, building a strong rapport with, orchestrating, negotiating, prioritising, and managing deliverables with other team members including product, implementation, customer service, sales, relationship management, legal, compliance, operations and IT development.
  • Participating in technical discussions, project and product development
  • Ensuring Bank’s products are delivered in compliance with laws and regulations
  • Hosting webinars, events, representing the Bank in conferences


  • Are a Driven, Committed and Meticulous Individual
  • Have at least 4 to 8 years of work experience as a B2B sales, preferably in a financial institution. Candidates with Relationship (Acquisition) Management & Transaction Banking Sales is preferred. Industry specialists are desirable
  • Have an understanding and possess a network of sales resources in local (Singapore) and ASEAN markets. Comfortable in calling potential clients.
  • Have a profound understanding of supply chain financing, consulting and advisory
  • Have knowledge and experience with digital trade, KYC and Credit
  • Demonstrated records of overachieving Sales Targets whilst balanced with risk awareness and management
  • Excellent verbal and written interpersonal and communications skills
  • Versatile with Communication and Presentation Tools
  • Have good Stakeholder management skills, able to thoughtfully and tactically challenge status quo
  • Adaptable and Embraces change
  • Strong Team player
