Our client, an operation of commercial properties primarily in the entertainment segment with portfolio included owned, leased, managed and franchised. Candidates with Digital Marketing and Loyalty programs experience will also be considered favourably. Successful candidate will enjoy an attractive remuneration package


Job Responsibilities:

  • Lead marketing initiatives to align any asset enhancement initiatives
  • Conceptualize, plan, develop and implement various marketing strategies, promotional initiatives/campaigns and advertising programs to effectively position the Company/malls in maximizing returns and exposure from the various media.
  • Involvement and management of marketing activities, including developing strategic and tactical marketing plans / programs, tenants’ relation programmes, attracting shopper traffic and driving tenants’ sales turnover.
  • Management of end to end CRM strategy
  • To develop CRM road map and activities to achieve retention and consumption objectives
  • To optimise the use of digital app and technology to provide a seamless shopper engagement journey and user experience
  • Solicit sponsorship and collaborate with event partners
  • Perform GTO/sales data analysis and footfall trends.
  • Engage and establish positive tenant relations to ensure retention of quality tenants.
  • Responsible for MCST revenue generation through the mall’s promotional spaces.
  • Handle corporate communications and media relations pertaining to property management matters.
  • Overall management and supervision of the Concierge team. 



Job Requirements:

  • Degree with at least 8 years of relevant brand marketing or retail mall marketing experience.
  • Deep knowledge of different digital capabilities and use of social media platforms to engage stakeholders not limiting to shoppers and tenants.
  • Experience in media planning, event management and execution of marketing campaigns.
  • Creative marketer with ideas and ability to think out of the box.
  • Analytical, tech-savvy, and able to work in a fast-paced environment.
  • Able to communicate effectively and have strong inter-personal skills.
