Location: Ayutthaya

Responsibilities:

• Inspect and assess the working condition of machinery and equipment to identify issues and plan appropriate maintenance.
• Plan and manage both preventive and corrective maintenance activities to ensure that machinery and equipment operate continuously and efficiently.
• Manage the inventory of equipment and spare parts necessary for maintenance to ensure availability in case of emergencies.
• Control and manage the budget for maintenance activities and monitor expenses for optimal efficiency.
• Prepare reports and analyze data related to maintenance, such as frequent repairs, causes of issues, and corrective measures.

Requirements:

• At least 10 years of experience in managing maintenance work in an industrial factory, with a minimum of 5 years in senior management positions.
• Experience in overseeing the installation of machinery/equipment such as steam boilers, dryers, coolers, bucket elevators, and conveyor systems.
• Proficient in managing maintenance tasks, planning, and controlling budgets efficiently.
• In-depth knowledge and understanding of maintenance processes for machinery and equipment in industrial factories, including new technologies and industry trends.
• Proficiency in relevant computer programs for maintenance work, such as SAP.
