Responsibilities:

• Develop the company's organizational structure and draft comprehensive job descriptions.
• Lead personnel recruitment, training, and oversee meeting attendance and other managerial duties.
• Manage performance evaluations, set targets, and oversee related administrative tasks.
• Cultivate organizational culture, uphold labor relations, and manage related initiatives.
• Oversee daily personnel operations and management.
• Manage meetings and handle public relations.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Human Resource Management (HRM), Business Administration, or a related field.
• Minimum of 5 years' experience in human resource management.
• Familiarity with Thai labor laws.
• Experience in operations management, recruitment, and training.
• Proficiency in Chinese language will be advantageous.
