Introduction:
Our client is a leading real estate development company based in Phuket, Thailand. We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales & Marketing Director to lead efforts in the luxury real estate sector.
Responsibilities:
- Develop and execute comprehensive marketing strategies aligned with the company's business objectives to enhance brand awareness and market share.
- Lead the marketing team, providing strategic direction and professional support to maximize operational efficiency.
- Conduct market research and analysis to gain insights into market trends, competitors, and customer needs to support marketing decision-making.
- Develop and implement brand promotion plans to strengthen brand image and influence, including online and offline advertising, public relations activities, and social media marketing.
- Plan and execute marketing campaigns for projects, defining sales strategies, pricing strategies, and promotional strategies to ensure project sales targets are achieved.
- Manage the marketing budget and allocate resources effectively to maximize return on investment.
- Monitor and analyze marketing performance, regularly evaluating data to continuously adjust marketing strategies and plans.
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or higher in Marketing, Real Estate Management, Business Administration, or related fields (preferred).
- At least 5 years of experience in real estate marketing, with a minimum of 3 years in a Marketing Director or equivalent position.
- Proven successful case studies are a significant advantage.
- Deep knowledge of the real estate industry and strong market insight, understanding trends, regulations, and marketing models.
- Strong leadership and team management skills, with the ability to motivate and guide teams toward achieving goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, capable of building relationships both internally and with external partners.
- Strong planning and execution skills, able to create and implement effective marketing plans.
- Extensive media resources and strong relationships with media outlets, along with expertise in digital marketing.
- Must be fluent in at least two of the following languages: Chinese, English, or Russian.
