Responsibilities:

·        Prepare, Review and Reconcile journal entries

·        Manage Account Receivable and Credit Control

·        Monitor of Balance Sheet accounts. Reviews/Performs reconciliations and account analysis - Monitoring of Intercompany accounts and balances 

·        Monitor of P/L accounts to ensure accurate allocations

·        Assist in Regulatory Reporting

·        Assist in the preparation of Audit requirements and Special projects

·        Direct internal and external audits to ensure compliance

·        To advise the team and others on the rules, regulations, and compliance

·        Support month-end and year-end closing process

·        Develop and document business processes and accounting policies to maintain and strengthen internal controls

·        Liaise with Accounting Manager to improve financial procedures

·        Perform other tasks as required

·        Support actively a good cooperation with the accounting team in Rayong

·        Support in special tasks (e.g. annual account clearings) which are started from CKUs

·        Develop an intense and trustworthy cooperation with the Sales team to have the best possible background information on our customers

Requirements:

helor’s degree in Accounting, Finance, or related fields

·        5-8 years of experience in accounting

·        Knowledge and Experience in Tax laws and IFRS

·        Experiences in SAP is an advantage

·        Good command in English, must be able to communicate with expatriates and international colleagues

·        Experience in Credit Management is an advantage

·        Able to handle multiple tasks under tight deadline

·        Ability to work independently and in a team environment

·        Good interpersonal skill, high responsibilities, reliability, motivation and self-oriented
