Introduction:

Location: Rayong, Thailand

Responsibilities:

Join dynamic team as a Production Manager, overseeing the day-to-day operations of our cutting-edge aluminum/paper induction sealing manufacturing facility in Rayong. Your primary responsibility will be to ensure seamless production workflows while meeting quality, quantity, and cost targets. Key duties include:

       Developing and implementing production plans to optimize efficiency.

       Leading and motivating a team of production staff, providing guidance, training, and performance management.

       Monitoring and optimizing production processes to minimize waste and enhance productivity.

       Ensuring compliance with safety regulations and fostering a culture of safety among team members.

       Collaborating with cross-functional teams to streamline processes and resolve production issues.

       Analyzing production data to identify areas for improvement and implementing strategies for enhancement.

 

Requirements:

We are seeking candidates with the following qualifications:

       Tertiary qualification in Engineering discipline and/or significant experience in the aluminum/paper induction sealing industry.

       Minimum of 5 years of management experience.

       Proficiency in MS Outlook, Word, and Excel; knowledge of VBA is advantageous.

       Collaborative approach with excellent interpersonal skills, able to establish and maintain meaningful relationships with internal and external stakeholders.

       Thrives in a fast-paced environment and demonstrates mechanical aptitude.

       Strong commitment to safety, adhering to OHS&E policies and procedures at all times.
