Responsibilities:

• Develop and enhance coatings for various applications, focusing on improving properties and performance.
• Conduct research, experiments, and tests to optimize coating formulations and processes.
• Collaborate closely with customers on key projects to understand their requirements and provide customized coating solutions.
• Coordinate with the Sales Team and R&D/Technical team from headquarters to ensure alignment and deliver tailored solutions to customers.
• Stay updated with industry trends, technological advancements, and best practices in coating technology.
• Participate in product development meetings, contribute ideas, and assist in strategic planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and regulatory standards in all R&D activities.
• Document research findings, experiments, developments, and project progress accurately and comprehensively.
• Support product testing, validation, and troubleshooting processes to ensure product quality and performance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to drive innovation and continuous improvement in coating development processes.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in chemistry, chemical engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree is advantageous.
• Deep understanding of sealants, adhesives, composites, or coatings preferably with 5-10 years of experience in the R&D field.
• Strong knowledge for coatings or a related field.
• Experience in coatings testing and proficiency with related lab equipment.
• Excellent problem-solving skills and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
• Proficient in written, oral communication, and presentation skills in English.
• Strong communication skills to effectively convey technical concepts.
