This is a permanent, full-time role working within the Sales Department of Sheet Metal Division.
• Generate and increase sales turnover of Amada’s machinery by performing sales tasks such as preparing and delivering technical presentations to promote, sell and explain products or services to existing and prospective customers.
• Contribute effort to Sales team by accomplishing related sales targets and results as needed.
• Maintain good relationships with existing customers and provide high-quality service standards under Amada’s procedure to meet their expectations.
• Market research in relation to customers and competitors, identify new lead customers to approach Amada’s products and services for sales expansion.
• Work with service engineers, sales support team to ensure the specification of machines, equipment, and tooling meet customer’s system requirements.
• Follow up orders, collect payment, provide detail in preparation prior to delivery and update status as per customer’s queries.
• Update customers’ information and database.
• Attend and associate with related parties for exhibitions, events, seminars, webinars, etc. and other events of Amada’s sale and promotion.
• Ad-hoc jobs assigned by Managers or Executive.
• Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering, Industrial Management, or any related fields.
• Minimum 0 – 3 years in relevant experience. *Fresh graduated are welcome*
• Understand basic systems, functions of machines, electrical controls, electronic, hydraulic, etc.
• Own car and driver’s license. (willing to use a car for work is preferable).
• Sufficient knowledge of computer literacy; MS office, Windows OS, etc.
• Fair command of speaking, reading and written English.
• Be passionate about selling, service-minded with customer-oriented.
• Be smart and professional in presentation.
• Enthusiastic, self-motivated, able to work individually and team player.
• Able to work under pressure with highly responsible and analytical thinking skills.
• Have strong interpersonal and communication skill e.g., able to communicate both internal and external of organization with all levels in any circumstances.
• Be flexible on working hours, require traveling upcountry for some certain period when it’s necessary.
