Introduction:

Kabin Buri District, Prachin Buri Province

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the full cycle of import operations, including customs clearance, shipping documentation, and tax payment procedures
2. Ensure strict compliance with Thai Customs laws and BOI regulations concerning import tax exemptions
3. Apply for and manage BOI privileges related to raw materials, machinery, and other import items
4. Liaise with customs brokers, freight forwarders, and government agencies to troubleshoot and resolve any issues arising from import activities
5. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records for BOI applications, import licenses, and compliance audits
6. Advise internal teams on HS code classification, import tax rates, and opportunities for cost savings
7. Monitor and manage import-related compliance risks and optimize benefits available under BOI schemes
8. 
   

Requirements:

1. Bachelors degree in Business Administration, Logistics, International Trade, or a related field
2. Minimum 3 years of experience in BOI coordination and import/export compliance
3. Strong knowledge of Thai Customs regulations, BOI procedures, and import taxation
4. Proficiency in MS Office and relevant import/export or ERP software
5. Good command of English or Chinese is a strong advantage
6. Detail-oriented with strong problem-solving and organizational skills
