Introduction:

Based in Bangplee Industrial Estate.

Responsibilities:

• Handling high invoice volumes in multi-currency from domestic and international vendors for corporate and foreign subsidiaries.
• Creating reports summarizing accounts payable activity across multiple departments or entities.
• Monitoring the status of invoices to ensure that payments have been made on time.
• Paying vendors by scheduling paychecks and ensuring payment is received.
• Preparing all relevant of AP reports.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's Degree in Accounting/Finance or equivalent degree.
• 5+ years payables experience in Accounts Payable or bank preferred.
• Working knowledge of basic accounting principles as well as accounting software e.g. SAP and e-filling
• Excellent interpersonal, communication, analytical, and problem-solving skills.
