IT & Admin Staff
Introduction:
Location: Bangkok (Silom)
Responsibilities:
- Respond to requests for technical assistance in person, via phone, chat or email
- Administer help desk software
- Help update training manuals for new and revised software and hardware
- Resolve technical problems with Local Area Networks and Wide Area networks
- Follow up with users to ensure complete resolution of issues
- Perform admin tasks as assigned
Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree in Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Computer, or other related fields
- Thai Nationality, male or female age between 25-28 yrs
- 1 - 2 years of experience in users support, help desks, etc.
- Network & INFRA (server related etc.) knowledge will be advantage
- Able to communicate in English (Basic)
