Introduction:

Responsible for controlling and monitoring Management of design, drawing, and tooling to be in accordance with the specified standards. Including improvement and development of tooling to be of quality in accordance with the needs of customers and company policy.

Responsibilities:

• Operate according to standards and in accordance with specified success indicators.

• Introduce new ideas in order to continually improve and develop the work that you are responsible for.

• Understand the root cause of the problem able to solve problems and make decisions based on information available

• Be fully involved in the team to support the success of the work and accept the decision of the team

• Find ways to prevent the repetition of errors/quality problems and improve the quality of work.

• Cooperate in various activities of the company regularly such as ISO14001, ISO/IATF16949, 5S, CCCF and Q1, etc.

• Perform other tasks as assigned by the supervisor

• Responsible for tool drawing and step drawing, New model work, and Current work.

• Create a Tooling list, set tool life and number of tools.

• Set the number of tool orders to ordering in time for each Trial Event.

• Prepare all tools before Trial.

• Participate in Trial and analyze problems with the Trial & Improvement team.

• Edit the drawing after the trial is complete.

• Meeting with PD to solve any potential issue.

Requirements:

• Bachelor's degree in Mechanical, Industrial, Metallurgical or related fields

• Able to read and understand Drawing at a good level.

• Knowledge of Standard JIS, DIN, EN, ISO 9001, IATF16949, ISO 14001

• Practical experience with good skill in drawing by using Auto cad 2D, Solid works. software and measuring tools.

• Knowledge of metallurgy , Experience with Product and Tool Release for Cold forging would be advantage

• An additional 3 years of engineering experience is essential.
