Introduction:

Senior HR base in Bangkok

Responsibilities:

HRD Responsibilities:

  1. Develop annual employee training plans, ensuring compliance with legal training requirements and employee development training, both internally and externally.
  2. Coordinate training activities between employees and external/internal training units.
  3. Record training outcomes and summarize training results.
  4. Manage KPIs and Competency assessment, including performance evaluations.
  5. Handle new employee orientation.
  6. Develop plans for organizational relationship-building activities.

HRM Responsibilities:

  1. Manage welfare and benefits systems suitable for employees.
  2. Communicate organizational information to employees.
  3. Provide advice and solutions for employee problems.
  4. Handle recruitment processes, interviews, and personnel selection in collaboration with department heads and executives.
  5. Monitor employee work performance during probation, conduct performance evaluations, and prepare employment/termination notifications for department heads.
  6. Manage personnel appointment/transfer records, evaluate performance, and present to department heads/executives.
  7. Develop and compile employee Job Descriptions and present to management.
  8. Review salary structures and present to management.
  9. Manage compensation management systems and present to management.

Compensation/Salary and Welfare Responsibilities:

  1. Verify work hours, attendance, and leave of all branches to prepare payroll information.
  2. Calculate salaries, benefits, and submit for approval by department heads/executives.
  3. Check leave records, maintain a database, and compile leave statistics from all branches for annual salary adjustments.
  4. Manage various employee benefits such as social security, compensation funds, and retirement funds.
  5. Oversee insurance benefits such as accident insurance/health insurance/coordinate various claims, such as medical expenses.
  6. Provide sufficient equipment/models for employees.
  7. Manage employee health checks.
  8. Prepare documents as requested by employees for communication with various units, such as salary certificates, employment certificates.
  9. Provide knowledge about various benefits and welfare to employees.

Other Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and implement ISO quality development system manuals for HR and Administration departments.
  2. Collect risk system documents for presentation to management for consideration.
  3. Update HR and Administration work manuals regularly.
  4. Coordinate with factory and external units to manage/report documents and reports according to factory laws, including controlling the submission of reports as required by law.
  5. Develop annual plans/budgets.
  6. Coordinate to organize various activities such as 5S/KAIZEN/Team Building/New Year activities.
  7. Accept delegated tasks/follow-up on tasks from superiors.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of 5 years of experience in HRD/HRM/Time Attendance-Payroll/Labor Laws/Factory Laws.
  • Capability to prepare and present reports effectively during meetings.
  • Proficiency in using diverse software programs such as Microsoft Office and ERP.
  • Effective communication skills in English, able to engage at a communicative level.
  • Willingness to travel and work across different branches of the company, including overnight stays when necessary.
