Introduction:

Location: Amatacity Chonburi Salary: 120,00 THB / Month (Accommodation and attractive benefits provided)

Responsibilities:

•       Deliver leadership in all Manufacturing Operations, Production, Engineering and Continuous improvement areas
•       Manage capital projects from initial concept through to successful completion and control the budgets
•       Demonstrate analytical ability within a manufacturing environment of production line issues
•       Evaluate and quantify impact of project issues, in-depth project management
•       Identify areas in which engineering improvements can be made to increase quality, efficiency or safety.
•       Establish strategic direction and change management processes to ensure timely, and cost-effective supply
•       Support interdepartmental projects with a focus on relationships with clients

Requirements:

•       Bachelor's degree or higher in Automotive, Industrial, or any related Engineering fields
•       Minimum 7+ years in automotive industry with strong background in Project/ New Model for manufacturing environment
•       Demonstrate proven experience of successfully automotive manufacturing operations through “New Model Project” of change and improvement.
•       High level of competence in Design Concept, Manufacturing Operations, Continuous Improvement / Operations Excellence & Lean Manufacturing
