- Die Casting - CNC - Grinding & Polishing - Background from automotive industry

Responsibilities:

• Responsible for yield/utilization project(s) in each area where he gets trained.
• Improve the utilization and yield to target level together with the zinc team.
• Weekly standardized report out on achievements and actual compared to target.
• Setting up a weekly standard report out of the zinc plant performance compared to AOP.
• Taking over a pre-process manager role after training has been completed.
• Manages and Monitor productivity standards and implement quality-control.
• Communication of company goals/targets to shop floor, creating measures and follow-up on KPI achievements.
• Able to make the right decisions on which solutions to implement and decides on what is best for the company, whether it may be cost or length of resolution.
• Coordinating activities concerning; CIP, TPM, ISO 9001, ISO14001,5001 ISO45001/OHSAS 18001, environmental and safety measures. • Securing of performance-, schedule- and quality-related production.
• Efficient production planning and control and analysis of facility- and production-related questions.  Adjustment, control and maintenance of all production line components including control and documentation of all characteristic parameters.
• Ensures that team performs within set technical guidelines by providing or co-authoring standard operating procedures.
• Planning and supervise execution of preventive maintenance and overhaul.
• Quality control and development of all relevant casting, CNC, plating, grinding & polishing, printing process based on existing process instructions.
• Adherence / compliance to all work-related, quality and environmental regulations / requirements.
• Working within a highly motivated international team.

Requirements:

• Master/Bachelor’s Degree in Engineering or related filed.
• 10+ years management level in production and manpower planning, with a strong background casting, grinding & polishing, CNC, plating, printing and assembly process.
• Strong affinity and inquisitiveness towards solving technical-related questions.
• Teamwork ability, openness to experience and flexibility.
• Independent / precise / conscientious way of working.
• Leadership qualities and Motivation ability.
• Documentation skills, sound knowledge of Microsoft Office, basic knowledge SAP.
• Analytical Thinking Continue on-going quality improvements in coordination with other departmental teams and Hands-on attitude.
