Introduction:

Reporting to Managing Director Training Management

Responsibilities:

• Manage training objectives and meet Key Performance Indicators set out by Principal in Europe

• Work with various key stakeholders (both sales and aftersales) in identifying training needs, formulating training road maps and measure effectiveness to drive continuous training and business impact improvements.

• Attend all Train-The-Trainer (TTT) or virtual TTT by Principal or regional office, translate learning to local context and transfer knowledge to staff using various training methods and tools.

• Subject matter expert in product offerings.

• Research and analyze new sales/service training methods and determine feasibility of application.

Localized Training Design and Delivery

• Training content curator.

• Develop local training materials when necessary.

• Understand the basic of Learning and how to adapt to overall training process.

• Conduct stand-up training and/or remote learning.

• Oversee entire training process.

Conduct Mystery Shop

• Manage mystery shop objective and meet the service standards set out by Principal.

• Engage and conduct localized mystery shop to maintain high retail standard.

• Personalized coaching to staff who fall short.

Requirements:

• Candidates should possess a Diploma or Degree in Mechanical Engineering, with a minimum of 3 years' experience in a similar capacity in Automotive or dealership segment

• Those with similar experience from luxury automotive industry, who display a good understanding of brand positioning and market dynamics of the industry

• Other pre-requisites include a high level of resourcefulness and maturity, and possesses excellent communication skills.

• Ownership of a class 3 driving license is required.
