Team Leader, Sustainability Analysis Team (People Management Focus)
Introduction:
Our client, a leading provider of business sustainability ratings is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Managing a team of 15 Sustainability Analysts
- Promote and embody the company’s vision and values by leading by example
- Develop, provide avenues for support, coach, motivate and reward team members
- Guide the development of skills and competencies of team members including identifying training and development needs, etc.
- Drive team performance in line with business unit strategy & objectives
- Define with business unit management and with team members clear roles and responsibilities + ensure team ownership of them
- Collaborate with fellow team leaders to share best practices
- 13 months salary + performance bonus
- 17 days annual leave
- Medical and dental insurance coverage
- 5-day work
- Public Holidays
Requirements:
- Bachelor or Master’s degree holder
- Fluency in English is a must
- 2-3 years of experience in people management
- Min 2-3 years experience in an international company with a fast paced environment
- Solid experience in an international consulting company is preferred
- Proven ability to function as a leader
- Strong skills in Google Suite and MS Office
