Introduction:

We are seeking a dynamic and experienced Sourcing Engineer to join our team. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in the automotive or agricultural parts manufacturing industry, and fluency in Vietnamese. The Sourcing Engineer will be responsible for developing new suppliers, managing current suppliers, verifying production processes, and ensuring the maintenance of high-quality products.

Responsibilities:

• Identify and evaluate potential new suppliers to meet the companys requirements.
• Conduct thorough assessments of supplier capabilities and capacities.
• Maintain strong relationships with existing suppliers to ensure consistent quality and supply of products.
• Monitor supplier performance through regular reviews and audits.
• Address and resolve any issues related to supplier performance and product quality.
• Conduct on-site visits to verify supplier production processes and adherence to industry standards.
• Ensure that suppliers comply with company specifications and quality standards.
• Collaborate with suppliers to implement process improvements and innovations.
• Develop and implement quality assurance procedures to ensure products meet the required standards.
• Conduct regular inspections and tests to verify product quality.
• Work closely with the Quality Control team to address any quality issues and implement corrective actions.

Requirements:

• Vietnamese nationals, willing to frequently travel for business purposes
• Bachelors degree in Engineering with strong experience related to metal, stainless steel, rubber, PU, and paint
• More than 2 years of experience to handle both Direct and Indirect materials sourcing
• Solid background in manufacturing processes & machinery
• Project Management skills, Suppliers Audit and Cost Optimization ,ISO 9001, ISO14001 and ISO45001
• Strong verbal and written communication skills in English.
