Introduction:

Responsibilities:

-Plan and execute project tasks efficiently.

-Communicate clearly with stakeholders and team members.

-Analyze and resolve IT systems and infrastructure issues.

-Ensure 24/7 operations of IT Data Center facilities.

-Collect and publish key performance metrics (KPIs).

-Implement ITIL processes (Incident, Change, Problem Management).

-Maintain IT documentation and knowledge resources.

-Promote ESH awareness and respond to safety hazards.

-Demonstrate leadership and inspire best practices.

Requirements:

-Masters or Bachelors degree in Information Technology, Computer Engineering, Computer Science, Management Information Systems, or a related field.

-Minimum 3 years of IT industry experience.

-Proficient in Windows technologies, security concepts, and applications.

-Relevant certifications: MCSE, ITIL, CompTIA A+, Cisco CCNA, or equivalent.

-Experience in Data Center Management or related fields.

-Previous involvement in IT infrastructure projects.

-Experience working in a multinational company.

-Strong communication skills and ability to work under pressure.

-Good command of English.
