Our client is insurance brokerage
Assist Sales Consultants in managing client relationships and responding to inquiries.
Serve as the primary point of contact for clients, providing support with product-related questions and requests.
Coordinate communication between clients, Sales Consultants, and internal teams to ensure smooth processing of sales activities.
Prepare and maintain essential sales documentation, proposals, and contracts.
Provide administrative and operational support during the sales process, ensuring all relevant paperwork and approvals are completed.
Manage the sales pipeline by tracking progress and following up on action items.
Support Sales Consultants with post-sale service and client follow-ups, including policy renewals.
Assist in preparing and submitting sales reports and data for management review.
Ensure compliance with internal policies and industry regulations in all sales activities.
Bachelors degree in Business, Insurance, or a related field.
Minimum 2-3 years of experience in insurance, with a strong understanding of insurance products and services.
Fluency in both Thai and English (spoken and written) is essential.
Experience in a sales support or client-facing role is highly preferred.
Strong interpersonal and communication skills, with the ability to build relationships and act as a liaison between diverse teams.
Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a team-oriented environment.
Proficient in MS Office (Word, Excel, PowerPoint).
Preferred Qualifications:
Previous experience working in an insurance brokerage or a similar environment.
Knowledge of the Thai insurance market and regulations.
Strong problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to addressing challenges.
