Senior HR Manager
Manpower planning to support business plan and objectives.
To plan and execute talent management processes such as Potential assessment, unit talent councils, succession planning, people development, ensure career movements and job rotations,
Maintaining a good relationship with employees representatives and government and other local bodies
To conclude successful collective bargaining agreements with the Union To assists with grievances handling and represents company in arbitration, if any.
Strengthening Performance Management Process in Unit
Recruitment & Selection Ensure selection and recruitment of talented personnel.
Organization Development Enable Alignment of people process of Group values, to build a performance driver culture
Training and development
Bachelor Degree in HR, Psychology or relevant filed. 10 years plus of HR experience. and have familiar with Labor Union Management.
Knowledge and familiarity with local labor laws.
Able to communicate in English and computer literate.
Ability to relocate to Angthong according to the job requirement
Strong communication skills.
