Shipping Supervisor
Introduction:
My client, a Japanese freight forwarding is seeking a candidate for the position of Shipping Supervisor
Responsibilities:
- Handle full set of export documents, operating FCL shipments
- Follow up overseas routing order and booking
- Communicate with overseas agents ,mainly by email and follow up their instructions
- Contact with customers, co-loaders and other parties
- Coordinate with factories /forwarders & carriers in shipping schedule
- Make arrangements, bookings etc for shipments
- Handle everyday shipment operation flow
- Control outbound schedule
Requirements:
- Form 5 or above
- At least, with 4 years or above solid experience in operation in Sea freight forwarding (have Japan market is an advantage)
- Experience in handling full-sets export documents, operations, FCL, Booking and B/L issue Handle export document experience is a must
- PC knowledge, proficient in MS Outlook, Word & Excel and English & Chinese word processing
- Willing to work under pressure and provide better service to clients
- Good spoken & written English & Chinese(both Cantonese & Mandarin)
- Willing to work overtime
- Good command of spoken and written Cantonese, English and Mandarin
- Self-motivated, with good interpersonal skill, able to work under pressure and overtime
- Immediately available is preferred
