Responsibilities:

• Inspect incoming and outgoing medical equipment before and after repair service
• Repair defective endoscopes and other medical devices following approved repair processes and procedures within required time limits
• Install, troubleshoot, and provide service support for medical equipment
• Support and maintain service related record
• Enhance customer satisfaction, reduce repair returns due to quality issues, and improve repair turnaround time
• Support the QMS control and QARA related project according to the global QMS standard and the company direction
• Providing supports when ad hoc duties and projects assigned

Requirements:

• Degree in Biomedical/Electrical/Mechanical Engineering or related disciplines
• 1 year or above of relevant experience in medical device, diagnostics, life sciences or biotech sector
• Experience and knowledge in medical device industry such as IEC60601 will be an advantage
• Driven for quality with ability to improve repair lead time and strengthen field service activities
• Ability to work with large pieces of equipment
• Self-initiated, meticulous and independent character with good communication, interpersonal and problem-solving skills
• Proficient in MS Office Applications
• Good command of written and spoken English
