Introduction:

Our Client is looking for a Service Manager, Europe Automotive to join their service team in Singapore They are in a prime environment where their customer base is successful, understands value and expects exceptional service.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure proper repair order flow to satisfy warranty/dealership/business office requirements.

• Ensure documentation accuracy of invoices and timeliness of repair orders so as to reflect accurate monthly revenue.

• Forecast monthly goals and objectives for the department and strive to meet them.

• Ability to monitor service effectiveness.

• Communicate with customers before issues arise and get involved in escalated customer issues.

• While maintaining current customer volume, be able to market to and attract new customer business.

• Ensure that proper service sales techniques are being used.

• Maintain accurate records and ensure warranty parts retention as outlined, following all manufacturer requirements as outlined in manufacturer and company policy and procedures manuals

• Report to management any circumstances that compromise the integrity of the dealership.

• Work with the parts department as appropriate to ensure proper stocking of high use parts.

• Ensure customer has a positive dealership experience.

• Provide concierge support for all owner inquiries, whether phone or in person, to assure the customer does not get mishandled

Requirements:

Minimum of 5 years’ experience in a service advisor role strongly preferred.

Proven track record of CSI and sales history, preferably with a luxury dealership, preferred.

Excellent verbal and math skills. These skills may be tested and evaluated.

Ability to be insured to operate a motor vehicle.
