About the Role: As Service Manager, you will be responsible for the overall performance and success of our Service Department. You will lead a team of skilled technicians, ensuring the highest levels of customer satisfaction while driving business growth and profitability.

Responsibilities:

  • Lead and Inspire: Motivate and mentor your team to achieve outstanding results, fostering a culture of collaboration and continuous improvement.
  • Drive Business Growth: Develop and implement strategies to expand our service customer base and increase revenue, while ensuring profitability.
  • Deliver Exceptional Service: Oversee all aspects of service delivery, from scheduling and dispatching technicians to ensuring timely and efficient completion of jobs.
  • Build Strong Relationships: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with customers, building trust and loyalty through exceptional service and communication.
  • Optimize Operations: Implement processes and systems to improve efficiency, productivity, and cost-effectiveness within the Service Department.
  • Champion Quality: Ensure all service work meets the highest quality standards, adhering to best practices and safety regulations.
  • Collaborate and Contribute: Work closely with other departments, including production and sales, to ensure seamless operations and customer satisfaction.
  • Problem-Solve and Innovate: Proactively identify and address challenges, implementing creative solutions to improve service delivery and customer experience.

Requirements:

  • Proven Leadership: A track record of successfully leading and managing a service team, with a focus on customer satisfaction and business growth.
  • Technical Expertise: Strong knowledge of our products and services, with the ability to provide expert technical advice to customers.
  • Business Acumen: A solid understanding of business principles, including budgeting, cost control, and revenue generation.
  • Communication Skills: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build rapport with customers and team members.
  • Organizational Skills: Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines.
  • Problem-Solving Abilities: A proactive and solution-oriented approach to challenges, with the ability to think critically and make sound decisions.
