Service Engineer (Medical Device)
Introduction:
Our client, a well-established Medical Device Manufacturer is looking for a high caliber candidate to fulfill the above mentioned position. Details are as followings:
Responsibilities:
- Provide on-site technical support to customers, including case support in Operation Theatre, on-site inspection and maintenance of medical equipment
- Manage medical instrument installations with the company guidelines and procedures
- Perform on-site troubleshooting for medical equipment, audio-visual control systems etc.
- Implement preventive and corrective maintenance to ensure instruments in healthy condition
- 13 months salary + allowance
- 12 days annual leave
- Medical Insurance coverage
- Bank Holidays
Requirements:
- Bachelor Degree or High Diploma in Biomedical, Electrical, Civil Engineering or related disciplines
- Minimum of 2 years of working experience as technical support in a surgical practice
- Independent, flexible, problem-solving skills, and strong sense of responsibility
- Good command of written and spoken English, Cantonese and Mandarin
- Competent IT skills, real experience on windows installations and computer networking will be an advantage
- Knowledge in healthcare information systems and DICOM communications will be an advantage
