Senior Program Coordinator (Contract Manufacturing)

We're looking for a highly organized and proactive Senior Coordinator to join our dynamic contract manufacturing team. In this pivotal role, you'll be the linchpin between our Marketing Engineers, customers, and internal departments, ensuring seamless order processing, efficient project execution, and exceptional customer satisfaction. Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

  1. Customer Order Management: Act as the primary liaison with customers to ensure efficient processing of new orders, timely rescheduling of open orders, and accurate management of delivery schedules and Return Merchandise Authorizations (RMAs).
  2. Purchase Order Processing: Verify, acknowledge, and process new Purchase Orders (POs) meticulously, ensuring accuracy in pricing, order lead time, product information, and shipping/billing addresses.
  3. System Transactions: Promptly process critical system transactions including Sales Work Orders (SWOs), price changes, Approved Vendor List (AVL) updates, Requests for Quotation (RFQs), document inflows (Doc-in), RMAs, e-Billing, and e-Purchase Requisitions (e-PRs).
  4. Data Maintenance: Maintain accurate and up-to-date pricing for Finished Goods and components within the system.
  5. Shipment Coordination: Provide detailed shipment information to customers, ensuring transparency and timely updates.
  6. Reporting: Update and maintain monthly sales reports, On-Time Delivery (OTD) reports, Open Order Reports, and various customer-specific reports.
  7. Document Archiving: Upload verified SWOs to the SentryFile portal.
  8. Project Support: Provide comprehensive administrative and coordination support to the Project Management team in the execution of customer projects. This includes managing functional requirements from technical, manufacturing, and commercial perspectives to ensure on-time project delivery.
  9. Cross-Functional Interface: Interface effectively with various functional departments on work progress, update project plans, and proactively identify relevant activities and critical items that could impact project deliverables. Take appropriate action to resolve any issues.


Requirements:

Diploma in Electronics Engineering is preferred, but candidates with a business-related discipline will also be considered.

Experience: 1-2 years of relevant experience in the manufacturing industry, with a preference for experience in contract manufacturing.

Work Ethic: Able to work effectively under minimal supervision in a fast-paced and demanding environment.

Skills: Possess strong communication and interpersonal skills.

Software Proficiency: Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite.

System Knowledge (Advantageous): Knowledge of MRP (Material Requirements Planning) systems will be an advantage.
