Introduction:

Our client, a well-established Beauty Products Distributor (MNC), is urgently looking for the above-mentioned position. Details are as followings:

Responsibilities:

1. Manage the creation and production of marketing materials, including social media content and tools, to effectively communicate our brand message
2. Develop and implement comprehensive go-to-market strategies for new product launches, ensuring alignment with overall business objectives
3. Collaborate with external agencies to oversee website updates and social media advertising campaigns, ensuring consistency in brand messaging
4. Conduct thorough market research to identify trends, customer insights, and competitive analysis to inform and enhance marketing strategies
5. Performance Tracking and Reporting: Monitor and analyze campaign performance metrics, preparing detailed reports that provide insights and recommendations for continuous improvement
6. Work closely with cross-functional teams, including sales and education, to ensure cohesive and effective marketing efforts across the organization

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Business Administration, Marketing or related subjects
2. Proven 3-5 years of marketing/branding/communications experience in FMCG, Beauty or Cosmetics industry is highly preferable
3. Good command of both spoken and written English and Chinese (Cantonese & Mandarin)
4. Strong copywriting skills, sound knowledge on digital marketing and social media content management
5. Proficiency in MS office(Excel/Word/PowerPoint)
6. Well-organized, detail-minded, good interpersonal skills and ability to handle multi-tasks
7. Highly-motivated and a good team player
8. Candidates with less experience will be considered as Marketing Executive
