Introduction:

Our client, a PRC based finance and property investment group is urgently looking for a candidate for the position of Leasing Officer.

Responsibilities:

• Handle daily leasing activities including new lettings, renewal, market research and tenancy administration work
• Prepare leasing proposals, offer to lease, licence agreement, Tenancy Agreement and other related documentation
• Negotiate with existing tenants for renewal
• Build and maintain good relationship with existing and potential tenants 
• Coordinate premises takeover and handover, fitting-out, renovation management and handle complaints

Requirements:

• Diploma holder
• Solid experience in property leasing preferably gained from PRC or HK based companies                        
• Proactive and customer oriented      
• Good interpersonal communication and presentation skill
• Good spoken and written English and Chinese (Mandarin and Cantonese)
