Responsibilities:

1. Marketing Materials — Design visually compelling brochures, flyers, reports, and promotional collateral.
2. Publications — Create and manage educational publications aligned with our academic mission and brand standards.
3. Pitch Decks — Develop polished, impactful presentations for partnerships, client engagements, and internal stakeholders.
4. Social Media Content — Produce static and animated graphics tailored for Academic Asia's social media platforms, maintaining a consistent and engaging presence.
5. Social Media Video editing — Splitting or combining video clips, adding appropriate sounds or graphics and watching the finished product to catch mistakes before submitting it for review.
6. Value-Add Initiatives — Construct decks, powerpoint and supporting materials that articulate Academic Asia's unique value proposition to prospective students and partners.
7. Ensure brand consistency across all creative outputs.
8. Collaborate closely with the marketing, content, and academic teams.
9. Manage multiple projects simultaneously while consistently meeting deadlines.

Requirements:

1. Degree holder.
2. Fluent in both written Chinese and English.
3. 5 years of experience in a design, marketing, video editing or content development role, with a strong portfolio demonstrating relevant work.
4. Solid experience in Education or Immigration Consultant field preferred.
5. Strong command of design principles and best practices across print and digital formats.
6. Proficiency in Powerpoint, Adobe Creative Suite, including Photoshop, Illustrator, and InDesign.
7. Ability to create engaging social media graphics, animated content, and presentations.
8. Highly organised with strong attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.
