Introduction:

My client; one of the sizable supply chain group, they are now seeking an Accountant / Assistant Manager as follows:

Responsibilities:

• Working in the Hong Kong Corporate office, handle general accounting duties including full set of accounts of investment holding companies
• Prepare period-end group consolidation and consolidated financial statements
• Review the monthly financial information submitted by local finance team
• Prepare inter-companies reconciliation, reports, schedules breakdown and account reconciliation
• Assist in coordination with auditors
• Work closely with internal stakeholders such as IT team and other related parties on financial data accuracy
• Providing support for ad hoc projects/tasks

Requirements:

• Degree holder in Accounting or Finance
• Professional accounting qualification (HKICPA or equivalent professional qualifications)
• 3 years or above of relevant working experience
• Proficiency in using MS office, accounting software and online banking systems
• Good command of English and Chinese including Putonghua
• Detail oriented, responsible, proactive and able to work under pressure
• Be hands-on, able to work independently, well-organized and good time management in meeting tight deadline
• Strong supervisory skill and inter-personal skill
• Immediately availability is highly preferred
