Introduction:

Our client is a food company operating within the FMCG industry.

Responsibilities:

Key Responsibilities:

1. Brand & Product Portfolio Management - Manage a portfolio of frozen food products, noodles, snacks and confectionery brands, beverages including identifying new product opportunities and overseeing inventory planning to ensure optimal stock levels.
2. Vendor & Partner Coordination - Liaise with vendors and business partners on product sourcing, pricing, and trading terms to support commercial objectives.
3. Team Leadership & Supply Chain Oversight - Supervise the team to ensure effective supply chain and product management, covering pricing, production capacity, shipment schedules, and stock control, in order to maintain strong business competitiveness.
4. Market Insight & Revenue Growth - Identify and analyse market trends, working closely with sales teams to drive revenue growth and improve profit margins.
5. Additional Projects - Handle other ad hoc initiatives as assigned to support business development and operational improvement.

Requirements:

Requirements:

1. Degree holder in Business, Supply Chain, or related disciplines
2. A minimum of 10 years merchandising experience in the FMCG or retail industry
3. Skilled in food industry sales or key account management with PRC merchandising and sales experience
4. Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills
5. Strong analytical mindset and ability to work under pressure
6. Good command of English, Chinese and Mandarin
7. Knowledge of Japanese is a bonus
