Introduction:

Are you a dynamic sales professional with a passion for technology and a proven track record of success in international markets?We're seeking a talented Sales Manager to drive growth for our 3C hardware products in Korea and Japan. As a key member of our sales team, you'll play a pivotal role in building strong partnerships with distributors and end-users, achieving ambitious sales targets, and expanding our market presence.

Responsibilities:

  • Strategic Partnership Development: Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with tier 1 and tier 2 distributors in Korea and Japan, fostering collaboration and alignment to achieve shared objectives. Conduct regular meetings, negotiations, and joint planning sessions to ensure effective partnership dynamics.
  • Customer-Centric Sales Approach: Conduct in-depth market research and analysis to identify key customer segments and their specific needs. Develop targeted sales strategies and value propositions that resonate with these customers and drive demand for our products.
  • Channel Management: Oversee the performance of distribution channels, ensuring they are equipped with the necessary resources, training, and support to maximize sales potential. Monitor channel performance, identify areas for improvement, and implement corrective actions as needed.
  • Sales Team Leadership: Lead and motivate a team of sales representatives, providing guidance, coaching, and mentorship to drive their performance and development. Set clear expectations, provide regular feedback, and recognize and reward achievements.
  • Data-Driven Decision Making: Utilize sales data and analytics to track performance, identify trends, and make informed decisions. Develop and implement sales forecasts, budgets, and reporting mechanisms to monitor progress and measure success.
  • Market Expansion: Identify new market opportunities and develop strategies to penetrate these segments. Conduct market research, identify potential partners, and execute targeted marketing campaigns to increase brand awareness and drive sales.


Requirements:

  • Proven experience in sales management within the 3C hardware industry, with a successful track record in international markets.
  • Strong understanding of the Korean and Japanese markets, including cultural nuances, business practices, and distribution channels.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, enabling effective collaboration with internal and external stakeholders.
  • Analytical mindset and problem-solving abilities to identify opportunities and overcome challenges.
  • Fluency in Japanese and English is essential
