Responsibilities:

  1. Develop and execute sales strategies to achieve business growth and revenue targets in the automotive industry.
  2. Manage and strengthen relationships with key customers, including SAIC Motor, MG Thailand, and other strategic automotive accounts.
  3. Promote and sell the company's automotive products, including Connectors, Wire Harnesses, High-Voltage Connectors, and EV Charging Cables.
  4. Identify customer needs, technical requirements, and future business opportunities while providing value-added solutions.
  5. Lead the entire sales cycle, including customer visits, quotation preparation, price negotiations, contract management, order follow-up, delivery coordination, and payment collection.
  6. Coordinate closely with Engineering, Project Management, Production, Quality, and Supply Chain teams to ensure successful project execution and customer satisfaction.
  7. Manage RFQ/RFI processes, prepare commercial proposals, and negotiate pricing and contractual terms.
  8. Monitor project milestones from new product development (NPI) through mass production to ensure on-time delivery and successful product launches.
  9. Analyze market trends, competitor activities, and industry developments to identify new business opportunities within the automotive and electric vehicle (EV) sectors.
  10. Develop new business with OEMs, Tier 1 suppliers, and emerging EV manufacturers in Thailand and Southeast Asia.
  11. Build and maintain long-term strategic partnerships with customers to maximize business opportunities.
  12. Prepare sales forecasts, business plans, pipeline reports, and regular management reports.
  13. Support cross-functional teams in resolving commercial and technical issues while maintaining excellent customer satisfaction.
  14. Participate in domestic and international business meetings, customer visits, trade exhibitions, and industry events.
  15. Travel domestically and internationally as required to support customers and business expansion.

Requirements:

  1. Bachelor's degree or above in Business Administration, Marketing, Engineering, or a related field.
  2. Minimum 3–5 years of Key Account Sales or Business Development experience in the automotive components industry.
  3. Strong understanding of the automotive supply chain, OEM business model, and Tier 1 supplier operations.
  4. Proven experience managing major automotive customers such as SAIC, MG, BYD, Great Wall Motor (GWM), Changan, Toyota, Honda, Nissan, or other global OEMs is highly preferred.
  5. Experience selling automotive electrical components, connectors, wire harnesses, EV charging systems, or related products is highly desirable.
  6. Strong knowledge of RFQ, APQP, PPAP, project management, and automotive product development processes is an advantage.
  7. Excellent negotiation, presentation, communication, and relationship management skills.
  8. Self-motivated, results-oriented, and capable of working independently under pressure.
  9. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills with a proactive approach to customer management.
  10. Fluent in English and Chinese (Mandarin); Thai language proficiency is an advantage.
  11. Willingness to travel domestically and internationally as business requires.
